LODGING IN EUGENE
The festival activities will take place at the University of Oregon’s Berwick Hall, adjacent to the School of Music and Dance, 975 E. 18th Avenue, Eugene, OR. There are quite a few AirBnB’s within walking distance. There are also a number of affordable hotels near campus. Please be advised that most of these are on the north side of campus, and are a walking distance of approximately 1 mile.

TRAVEL TO EUGENE
If you’re flying in from out of town, Eugene Airport (EUG) is the best choice. Portland Airport (PDX) is also an option, but this airport is approximately 2 hours from Eugene by car. If you choose to arrive in Portland, you’ll need to take a train (Amtrak) or airport shuttle down to Eugene. The University of Oregon has a web page with various ground transportation options to get to Eugene.
PARKING IN EUGENE
If you will be bringing a car and will require parking at the University of Oregon, consider getting a visitor parking pass. Daily parking passes are available for $5/day. If you choose this option, please select Zone B Daily, and choose “B South.” Metered parking is also available.
